Karamna Design Review respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Our commitment extends to protecting original articles, design analyses, and all other content published on karamna.ae.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on karamna.ae infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. This notice must meet the requirements of the DMCA. Submitting a false claim may lead to legal penalties.

Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following specific elements:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. This could include a link to the original work or a registration number.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Karamna Design Review maintains a strict policy against repeat infringers. We will remove content from users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for repeat offenders.
